● Pupils, parents, class teachers and the InCo will collaborate to assess a child’s needs and plan the appropriate support. Support will be reviewed after an agreed period of time and adjustments made as appropriate.

● An Education Health Care Plan for children with significant needs will inform decisions about how much support individual children receive.
